Fill out the form with name-and-address telephone information and time where you want to rent the cottage.

The rental on a weekly basis with the changeover day Saturday. There is access to the house yet. 15 on day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.

The residence can clean ready if necessary. inspection days before. 11 on the day of departure.

Only a small dog is allowed in the house. And please notice: it is not allowed to smoke inside the house.

Payment Terms: Within 4 weeks after receipt of the rental agreement to pay half of the rent + deposit of DKK 2.000, – and at least 4 weeks before the start of the holiday paid the balance, unless otherwise agreed.

If the cottage is sold, the rental agreement is canceled and the tenant gets a refund of prepaid rent incl. security deposit.
